A: Unfortunately, we do not provide therapy or parenting consultations. The best advice we can give would be to utilize your child's school counselor, your local mental health center, the police, or even other parents to plan a course of action.
I'm sorry, we can't send hard copies. Your best bet is to try another computer - or to have a friend print them off for you.

If you did not receive your product, then please contact us and we will take the steps necessary to make sure you get the products you paid for.

We actually had our phone number listed at one time - but after receiving an unmanageable number of calls each week - asking for parenting advice, free consultations, article submissions, and/or a multitude of other requests not related to our business, we decided to stick with using our "Contact Us" link only.
On top of that, the number of solicitors and scammers that contacted us each day was just too much to handle. We hope you understand.
Our company offers a downloadable "digital" product which is therefore irrevocable once purchased.
For this reason, we are unable to accept “returns” or to issue refunds except under the following circumstances:
1. Product is not as described. If, for some reason, you feel that the product is “not as described” then please send us a detailed explanation as to why you feel this way and we will use that explanation to either accept or decline your refund request. Please note: We feel that our product is described as accurately as possible on our site so please be very specific if contacting us for this reason.
2. Product was accidentally purchased multiple times within 7 days (using the same credit card).
We feel that we offer a quality product at an exceptional price - and we take pride in what we have to offer. While refund requests are very few and far between, we still feel that it is important to notify our customers of our policy regarding returns and refunds.
